Regarding the 3.0 GHz CPU clock speed listed under “Recommended” in the system requirements:

Hi Team,

Is a 3.0 GHz CPU clock speed a mandatory requirement for certain processes, or should it be considered a benchmark for overall CPU performance?
I’m considering the following options. Would these be acceptable?

Intel® Core i9-13900E Processor (1.8 GHz base clock)
Intel® Core i7-13700E Processor (1.9 GHz base clock)

I’m selecting a PC to connect and process data from four Ensenso XR36 devices.

Warm regards,
Kenzo

Both of these CPUs will work fine. Newer CPUs often use a low base clock to save power when they are not used much but can increase the clock when they need to. This is not considered in our system requirements.
