Hey all,

Just looking for recommendations for an IPC that could be used for production (and preproduction testing). Everything’s worked well enough from my laptop but I’m nearing the point where I’d like to run the camera and vision software on something more production worthy.

My thought is getting an IPC that has PoE built in would be preferred to using an unmanaged PoE switch. I also don’t recall seeing specifications for RAM or graphics capabilities, so optimizing there would be nice as well. Does anyone have recommendations?

Hi there,

in our manual we have listed the system requirements and also the power supply specifications for each camera. Those should help getting a clearer image of was is required, at least for the Ensenso part.

The final choice will mostly depend on your application and the requirements it entails.
