Problem / Question
Hello,
I connected the camera with a additional network cable to the left camera. Both network cables are connected with a 10 gig Switch and then to a Ubuntu PC with a 10gig port. The port is configured correctly. I also switched the Bandwith Limit to 2000 in the settings.
I realized that the system is faster now, but I still get a warning:
" Low Bandwith - The device is connected to a network interface which does not supports its full bandwidth"
Can I ignore the warning or do I have to consider something else?
Thanks for your help in advance!
Hi binpicker99,
Could you provide the full NxLib tree as a JSON file? You can export it directly using NxTreeEdit:
It’s possible that NxLib is incorrectly detecting the bandwidth speed of your network adapter, so having the full tree would help with troubleshooting.
Best regards,
Peter
Hey binpicker99,
Thanks for providing the JSON file. I reviewed it, and it appears that the projector may not be correctly detecting the 10 Gigabit network connection.
Could you please check the LAN port speed LED on the projector and let us know whether it is green or orange?
- If the LED is green, the connection is operating correctly and the warning can safely be ignored.
- If the LED is orange, the projector is likely only running at 100 Mbps. In that case, it would be best to connect the right camera directly to the switch as well, if possible.
In the meantime, we’ll investigate the projector firmware to see whether this detection issue can be resolved.
Kind regards,
Peter
Hi,
the LED is flashing green.
